Environmental Due Diligence
Our personnel have completed hundreds of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II ESAs, Transaction Screen Assessments (TSAs), and other customized environmental due diligence reports. Our ESAs are conducted in accordance with the most recent ASTM Standard Practices and the requirements of All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI), and our standard reports meet the requirements of nearly all institutional lenders. We are able modify our scope of services to meet the reporting needs of nearly any end user. We service a variety of clients including institutional and private lenders, real estate developers, investment companies, private land owners, municipalities, and other real estate professionals.

Our personnel have completed environmental assessments and cleanups at numerous sites throughout California and the southwest United States. These services include Phase II ESAs for real estate transactions and assessments and cleanups at sites subject to regulatory agency enforcement actions such as gas stations, dry cleaners, agricultural properties, metal plating shops, and other industrial properties. We can provide comprehensive consulting services from release discovery to case closure, and are well versed in communicating between responsible parties (RPs) and governmental agencies.
health risk assessments
We have extensive experience in conducting Human Health Risk Assessments related to Vapor Intrusion (VI) as well as conducting fate and transport modeling of contaminants in subsurface media.
